6.8 Final Payment
The remaining balance of the total project cost is due upon successful completion and delivery of the requested services. Final payment must be made within the timeframe specified in the project proposal or contract.
6.9 Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Any initial payment made for ongoing work is non-refundable once the project has commenced.
- In the event of a project cancellation initiated by GiveTurn, a mutually agreed-upon portion of any advance payment will be promptly refunded. After the refund, the project will be considered fully canceled, any related project data may be permanently removed, and GiveTurn will no longer be liable for that particular project once the refund is completed.
- If a client chooses to cancel a project after initiation, the initial advance payment becomes non-refundable, reflecting our commitment to fair business practices.
- If a client is unresponsive for more than 30 days after project initiation, the project will be paused, the initial payment will remain non-refundable, and any project data may be removed. To resume the project after this period, the client must pay the remaining project cost in full.
- Courses, digital assets, scripts, software, or other non-custom items are non-refundable upon purchase, as clients gain full access immediately.
6.10 Late Payment
In the event of late payment, GiveTurn reserves the right to suspend project work until outstanding balances are settled. Late payments may also incur additional charges or interest, as specified in the project proposal or contract.
